To determine the freeness and the drainage properties of fiber and pulp suspensions.

DEVICE DESCRIPTION

This high-quality product is characterized by the intuitive and easy operation of the device via touchscreen and PTE Austria’s own software. Only premium stainless steel, aluminum and/or POM-parts (Polyoxymethylene – a high resistant type of plastic) are used for manufacturing this testing equipment. The measurement process is done automatically and the data is displayed in a table. The easily removable filling chamber allows quick removal of the sieve with the remaining fibers for dry content analysis, etc. The nozzle is calibrated according to standards and exactly rinses 1 000 ml in 149 seconds. There are two measuring beakers with a SR° and ml-scale included in the delivery. The digital model is additionally equipped with an integrated high-precision measuring scale to repeatedly achieve the most accurate measurement results.
