USAGE
To prepare corrugated samples for the CMT and CCT.
DEVICE DESCRIPTION
The Concora Medium Fluter consists of a main housing, where the motor and the controls are located and an additional housing with a protective cover, where the segments are located. The temperature of the segments can be set up to 200°C (the standard is 175°C ±5°C) via the control elements and display on the main housing. The segments are directly heated with only 200 W heating power and are pressed against each other with force of 100 N ±10 N. To prepare a sample, the sample is put into a sample feed on the top of the machine and when ready, it falls into the collecting tray. Due to the quick clamping, the segments are easily exchangeable.
