Flexoplate QC provides precise inspection and measurement of flexographic plates, improving ink transfer and minimising waste
Flexo QC gives printers fast, accurate insight into plate condition and print readiness. It automatically measures X, Y, and Z dimensions, screen count, dot percentage, relief depth, angles, and compression, turning each scan into usable data.
With clean visuals and intuitive tools, it shows how each plate will perform on press, helping teams set up faster and avoid issues before they start. The software simulates compression and highlights key variations in dot shape and relief, all without complex setup or adjustments.
